We have an experienced pastoral care team including two Anna Chaplains. Our team leads services in local residential homes, as well as conducting home visits and offering pastoral and practical support in other ways. Our Anna Chaplains can give home communion or you can request a visit from the Vicar. Our Pastoral Care Team lead is Annie Jefferies who can be contacted on annie.jefferies@btinternet.com or 07800 721770.
